i loved the friendly staff and how clean the hotel was during my stay, and with the university towne center just a short walk of less than a mile away, i was able to enjoy some shopping and local restaurants effortlessly.

Location off the highway is perfect for travelers. Clean and well-maintained room with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Staff was attentive and replaced towels during my stay, even without request. The breakfast, while adequate, could use more variety, like fresh fruit. The indoor heated pool was a highlight, providing a good way to relax after a long drive. Minor noise issues from the hallway disrupted sleep at times, but the overall experience was solid. The area is convenient with shopping and dining options nearby, enhancing the stay.

The water temperature in the pool was perfect. don’t forget to take advantage of it after a long day on the road.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was subpar during my stay. The trash was never emptied, and I had to ask for linens after my grandson made a mess. I felt let down by the lack of room cleaning every three nights.

The breakfast options exceeded our expectations, and we enjoyed the variety of make-your-own waffles, as well as other hot items that changed daily. The room was spacious and impeccably clean upon arrival, offering a comfortable ambiance for my family. The staff excelled in friendliness and assistance, making check-in a breeze! The heated indoor pool provided a delightful retreat, ensuring my kids had a fantastic time splashing around during our stay.

Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, featuring modern furnishings and essential amenities like a microwave and fridge. The indoor pool provided a refreshing escape post-drive, and breakfast included make-your-own waffles and various cereal options, ensuring a great start. Parking, however, was a bit challenging late at night.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable, ideal for our family, including two teenagers. We loved being just minutes away from Adventure Creek and enjoyed the quick access to local spots. The indoor pool was a hit for evening fun.

My kids wished for more breakfast options to choose from.

best western offered a fab breakfast, definitely one of the best we've had while traveling for sports. the clean rooms were a bonus, and the location was perfect, close to wheeling where our basketball tournaments were held. we also enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center for some relaxation downtime.
